The story of Premiere Real Estate began when Ioana-Lavinia Halibei and her associate met in Marbella, Spain. Both shared a dream of creating a real estate business that combined their unique skills and mutual passion for excellence. They brought with them not only a diverse perspective but also a strong work ethic—qualities they saw as valuable assets in the vibrant and competitive Costa del Sol real estate market.
As they set out to make their mark, they leveraged their extensive industry experience, a deep understanding of the market, and additionally more than 20 years experience in the legal field. Furthermore, they were committed to building a company that prioritizes personalized service, integrity, and excellence.
