Fantastic finca in Mijas, just next to the Urbanisation El soto de Marbella. It is a rustic land with gentle slopes and fantastic views to the coast and the mountains ideal for any type of crops or animal husbandry. It has 2 houses which can be reformed and extended. Also, the law allows the construction of a house on plots of at least 10.000 meters, which could be easily divided. The property has a large lake and a network of wells for irrigation. Although it is sold ‌as ‌rustic ‌land, ‌it ‌has ‌many options to be urban ‌land in the short term due to its ‌proximity to urban areas ‌as ‌well ‌as ‌having ‌sewerage ‌and ‌roads.
