We are selling this ground floor apartment with a private terrace and garden, completely renovated in a modern style with an open-plan American-style kitchen. Upon entering, to the left is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with all new appliances, a window, and connected to the dining area where there is a table and 4 chairs.. Next is the spacious living room with an L-shaped sofa, hot/cold air conditioning, and access to the private covered terrace and an open section of the private garden. There are two bedrooms with windows and split-system hot/cold air conditioning. The two original bathrooms have been combined into a single, very large bathroom with a bathtub, a double shower, and a generously sized double sink area. However, it is easy to create two separate bathrooms again with drywall partitions. From the private garden, there is direct access to the communal garden and the communal swimming pool (no steps). There is a private parking ‌space. ‌This ‌owner ‌has ‌the ‌touristic licence. The apartment is being ‌sold fully furnished as seen in the photos ‌(except for the sofa, ‌bed, ‌and ‌TV ‌in ‌the ‌living ‌room).
