This extensive 5,100m2 plot is set within the ultra-exclusive residential estate of La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club in the hills of Benahavís. Just a 15 minute drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol, this exceptional and very private plot, together with an architectural project (designed by Pablo Villarroel) represents a rare opportunity to create an extraordinary private residence in one of Europe’s most prestigious gated communities. The plot ensures total privacy with just one distant neighbor. This will appeal to the most discerning of buyers who values a high level of privacy within a very secure, gated and guarded urbanisation. Building license granted and subject to any alterations to the proposed plans, construction can commence. Set in almost 900 hectares of protected natural landscape, La Zagaleta is synonymous with privacy, high security, and refined living, offering residents an outstanding lifestyle defined by exclusivity and tranquillity, yet within easy reach of the beach, extensive amenities and vibrant night life. The plot is situated just a 2 minute drive from La Zagaleta’s North gate, making it a superbly convenient location within the urbanisation. A big advantage of this plot is that a huge amount of excavations have already taken place and all ‘green’ walls have been constructed. A large proportion of the building platform has been leveled ready for construction, together with an easy hook up of utilities. The plot offers lovely open, panoramic views of the mountains and the sylvan paradise of La Zagaleta. Residents of La Zagaleta enjoy the use of two private Championship golf courses, an exclusive equestrian centre, a private helipad, tennis and padel facilities, elegant clubhouses, night club to book for private functions and extensive hiking and cycling trails that meander through the greenery. The proposed plans for the construction of this stunning villa are attached. For further information, please do hesitate to contact us, ‌or ‌to ‌arrange ‌a ‌visit ‌to the site.
