Beautiful detached villa with fantastic views!! This lovely detached villa is located in Jardines del Aguila and just a 5-minute drive from Fuengirola and 6 minutes from La Cala de Mijas. The villa is within walking distance of Cerros del Aguila, about 7 minutes, where you will find a small supermarket, a bar, and various (takeaway) restaurants. From the street side, you enter the property which is behind a gated entrance. The villa is also secured with a Verisure alarm system. Once on the property, there is a garage that can accommodate 2 cars. Inside the villa, on the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and both bedrooms have their own bathroom. On this floor, there is also a utility room. Furthermore, the ground floor provides access to the swimming pool. There is also a separate toilet with a shower, directly accessible from the pool. Everything has been thoughtfully considered!! By the pool, it is wonderful to relax since you can sit in the sun until late in the afternoon. The pool is also accessible from the first floor via a staircase. On the first floor, there is the spacious open kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary built-in appliances and a cooking island with a bar area. The kitchen adjoins the bright, cozy living room. From the other side of the kitchen, there is access to a fantastic patio with a built-in barbecue. Here, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. From the living room, you can enter the terrace—a very spacious terrace with a spectacular view of the mountains, the new Gran Parque Mijas, Fuengirola, the sea, and even the Sierra Nevada on a clear day! On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with a bathroom and large wardrobe. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. From all three bedrooms on this floor, you have access to a large terrace with, once again, a fantastic view. This villa offers a lot of space, both ‌inside ‌and ‌outside, ‌and ‌has ‌a grand view, yet is ‌still at a very short distance from both ‌Fuengirola and La Cala ‌de ‌Mijas! ‌ In ‌short, ‌a ‌must-see ‌villa!!
